Based on the randomness and ambiguity characteristics of river water environment system, as well lack inaccuracy data information, system parameters are defined triangular fuzzy numbers. On this basis, by fuzzing conventional deterministic model, a model for calculating environmental capacity is established. According to in form numbers can be calculated. requirements given level credibility, further converted from interval values.
